JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Vfd Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems within the facility management services department. This role requires close coordination with the operations and technical teams to ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Maintenance dg & Repair of Pump Systems
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on various VFD VRF/VRV air conditioning systems from major manufacturers (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG).
Troubleshoot refrigerant circuit issues, electrical faults, sensor failures, and control malfunctions.
Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, fan motors, expansion valves, and sensors.
Ensure all work complies with HSE standards and manufacturer guidelines.
2. Installation & Commissioning
Assist in the installation and configuration of indoor and outdoor VRF units, refrigerant piping, control wiring, and drain lines.
Support testing, charging, and commissioning activities to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Verify proper integration with BMS (Building Management System) where applicable.
Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules as per manufacturer guidelines and FM policies.
4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of VRF system components, including compressors, indoor/outdoor units, electronic expansion valves (EEVs), and refrigerant circuits.
Familiarity with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, etc..
Ability to identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and manifold gauges.
Skilled in handling error codes, sensor calibration, and control system faults.
Candidate should knowledge in 33kv to house wiring dg inviter ups and solar install & maintenance. and repair electronics kit circuit
Work Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in VRF/VRV system installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within the facility management, HVAC, or building services sector.

Extensive experience working with multiple VRF brands (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung).
Familiarity with refrigerant piping systems, condensate drain systems, and control wiring.
Proficient in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g., manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, multimeters).
Able to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation guides.
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance procedures and HVAC safety standards.
Capable of documenting service activities and maintenance records clearly and accurately.
Ability to work independently and respond to faults and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner.
